Um. This is nitrogen? Nitrogen is 78% of the air, it's not harmful. The white you can see is water being chilled out of the air & making a cloud. The worst that's going to happen is that any plants growing on that crane will grow very slightly better.
Plumes of gas aren't a great idea. This is an indicator of their competence in dealing with methane .... I will post the methane video.... It's not as visually impressive because it's colourless.
